Responsibilities
- ● Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and supplies while ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery.
- ● Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; maintain strong supplier relationships and performance.
- ● Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement records through ERP systems.
- ● Monitor inventory availability, mitigate supply risks, and coordinate with Production Planning and QA teams.
- ● Identify cost-saving opportunities, prepare procurement reports, and support audit requirements.
Requirements
- ● Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business or related fields.
- ● 3 to 5 years of purchasing managerial experience in food, flavours, fragrances, ingredients, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- ● Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
