Responsibilities

  • ● Provide strategic site-level leadership, overseeing daily warehouse workflows, facility layout optimization, and the integration of automation technologies.
  • ● Drive aggressive cost and spend management, rigorously reviewing overtime costs, third-party expenses, and sourcing more cost-effective operational alternatives.
  • ● Serve as the key commercial and operational contact for the customers, supporting in contract renewals and scope expansions.
  • ● Lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma projects and digital transformation initiatives to continuously improve productivity and service standards.
  • ● Approve third-party costs, equipment requisitions, and operational POs up to assigned financial thresholds.
  • ● Ensure strict site-wide compliance with local regulatory requirements, including WSH Act, MOM guidelines, and SCDF regulations.
  • ● Conduct comprehensive performance reviews, manage capacity forecasting and allocate manpower based on long-term volume trends.

Requirements

  • ● Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • ● 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a managerial position within Contract Logistics.
  • ● Proven track record in P&L management, Lean implementations and leading large, multi-functional teams.

Benefits

  • ● Salary range of up to 6,500 to 9,000 per month.
