About the Company
We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Engineer to join a fast-paced project delivering custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a technically skilled ServiceNow professional who specialises in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications. This is not a traditional testing role. You'll work closely with developers, business SMEs, and project stakeholders to validate custom-built ServiceNow solutions, understand application architecture, and deliver high-quality testing across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications. Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across custom ServiceNow solutions. Validate App Engine applications against business and technical requirements. Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution. Collaborate with developers and Business SMEs to clarify, validate, and refine requirements. Assess the impact of system changes across related processes and components.
Requirements
