Responsibilities

  • ● Drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Meets customer requirements, manages cost controls, and maximizes operational efficiency.
  • ● Plans, manages, and delivers logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.
  • ● Defines project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies.
  • ● Acts as the primary point of contact for clients and leads cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.
  • ● Proactively identifies, tracks, and mitigates project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • ● Conducts regular project reviews and provides transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ● Has a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
  • ● Has 3-5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
  • ● Has a proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.
  • ● Has experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for innovation initiatives (e.g., automation, robotics, digitalization).
  • ● Is proficient in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
  • ● Is self-motivated, proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • ● Is a hands-on multi-tasker who stays organized and drives execution under time pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
