Responsibilities
- ● Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation across finance, supply chain, and operations.
- ● Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirements.
- ● Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements.
- ● Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customization.
- ● Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities.
- ● Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go live support.
- ● Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting.
Requirements
- ● Hands on experience delivering end to end Business Central projects.
- ● Hands on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- ● Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes.
- ● Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional documentation.
- ● Experience with integrations, APIs, or related systems such as Power Platform, ServiceNow, or CRM.
