Responsibilities
- ● Create Job Orders for material planning to support customer sales orders
- ● Release Purchase Requisitions in the Oracle System per Planned Orders
- ● Determine availability requirements and adjust or re-adjust according to Sales Work Order changes
- ● Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time as per capacity and stating the necessary requirements needed
- ● Generate Clear To Build reports and shortages for material status
- ● Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders about potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule
- ● Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment
- ● Support the Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters
- ● Analyze and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottlenecks, shortages, and excess inventory
- ● Monitor and report key performance indicators
Requirements
- ● Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- ● Certification in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, is an added advantage
