About the Role We are looking for an Order Management Executive to support daily order processing operations and collaborate with global stakeholders across North America, Asia, and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are keen to build a career in operations, customer support, supply chain, or sales operations. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and order amendments through the SAP Order Management system within service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor customer orders to ensure timely processing and shipment. Assist in resolving pricing discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, Pricing, and Account Management teams. Create and maintain customer master data and business partner records in SAP. Support the timely resolution of order holds to meet customer delivery commitments. Investigate order-related data discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary. Generate and analyse reports to ensure smooth order management operations. Participate in process improvement initiatives, including AI and robotic process automation (RPA) projects. Work closely with regional Order Management teams supporting customers across North America, Asia, and Europe. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain are preferred. Internship experience is welcome to apply. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Order Management (Fiori Apps) will be an added advantage. Comfortable learning and adopting AI and automation tools. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, adaptable, and a strong team player.
