Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of supply chain performance, including cost, service levels, and operational risk.
  • Drive a business-owner mindset by proactively identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Balance customer requirements with operational feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Analyse complex supply chain challenges using structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches.

  • Translate on-site operational insights into actionable system, process, and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or regional operations.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated use of digital tools and/or AI applications in daily operational or business activities.
  • Strong interest and motivation in applying AI to redesign operational workflows and business processes.
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into structured workflows, use cases, or automation opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills across operational and conceptual discussions.
  • High learning agility with openness to change and continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
