Responsibilities

  • ● Take end-to-end ownership of supply chain performance, including cost, service levels, and operational risk.
  • ● Drive a business-owner mindset by proactively identifying gaps and implementing continuous improvements.
  • ● Balance customer requirements with operational feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • ● Analyse complex supply chain challenges using structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches.
  • ● Identify root causes and design practical, scalable solutions to improve operational performance.
  • ● Gain deep operational understanding through site observation (Gemba) to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • ● Translate on-site operational insights into actionable system, process, and performance improvements.

  • ● Bridge supply chain business requirements with AI and digital capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • ● 8-15 years of experience in supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, procurement, warehousing, or regional operations.
  • ● Proven track record of driving operational improvements or transformation initiatives.
  • ● Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and customer expectations.
  • ● Demonstrated use of digital tools and/or AI applications in daily operational or business activities.
  • ● Strong interest and motivation in applying AI to redesign operational workflows and business processes.
  • ● Ability to translate operational challenges into structured workflows, use cases, or automation opportunities.
  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • ● Clear and effective communication skills across operational and conceptual discussions.
  • ● High learning agility with openness to change and continuous improvement.
  • ● Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
