About the Company
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of Australia's largest enterprise technology teams, leading the delivery of innovative Data & AI initiatives that are transforming how the business uses analytics, automation and Generative AI. Working within a high-performing Data & AI function, you'll lead cross-functional squads delivering complex technology initiatives from concept through to production, while helping shape the future of AI capability across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI initiatives
- ● Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies across multiple projects
- ● Partner with engineering, data, analytics and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- ● Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
- ● Provide clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels
- ● Coach and mentor engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture
- ● Help define AI delivery roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements
- ● Strong experience delivering complex technology projects using Agile methodologies
- ● Exposure to Data, Analytics or AI initiatives
- ● Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams
- ● Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ● Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivery forecasts
- ● The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives
- ● Previous people leadership or mentoring experience
- ● Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics or AI platforms
- ● Previous technical background as a Developer, Engineer, Business Analyst or similar
- ● Experience delivering GenAI or Machine Learning initiatives
- ● Be part of a rapidly growing Data & AI function
- ● Deliver meaningful AI initiatives with real business impact
