Responsibilities
- ● Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow
- ● Build and deliver ServiceNow solutions yourself, working closely with the ServiceNow Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Testers.
- ● Work across different modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, etc.
- ● Write real code and automation (JavaScript + scripting is core to the role)
- ● Work on integrations via REST APIs, MID Servers, and custom logic
- ● Troubleshoot issues without needing escalation or hand-holding
- ● Engage directly with customers in technical discussions and solution design
- ● 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- ● Strong experience across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, HRSD, DevSecOps, GRC, ITAM, CSM)
- ● Solid scripting capability across JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash, etc.
- ● Proven ability to build and implement solutions end-to-end
- ● Confidence to handle technical questions and problem-solve in real time
- ● Ability to work independently and deliver quickly
- ● Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, CSA, CIS, etc.
