Responsibilities
- ● Coordinate and support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- ● Assist in the implementation of the Company's AI Digital Transformation Programme and ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- ● Gather business requirements and work with stakeholders to recommend practical technology solutions.
- ● Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and project partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- ● Manage project schedules, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment, issue tracking, and user adoption.
- ● Support system integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce platforms, AI applications, and other business systems.
- ● Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.
- ● Support dashboard reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- ● Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and change management communications to ensure successful system adoption.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- ● 2-4 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP implementation, business systems, IT project coordination, or technology consulting.
- ● Experience working with software vendors, implementation partners, or outsourced development teams will be an advantage.
- ● Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- ● Basic understanding of system integration, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power BI, cloud technologies, or AI-enabled business solutions is an advantage.
- ● Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- ● Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
