Responsibilities

  • ● Pricing and financial review of tender documents to highlight clients' requirements and prepare cost models to support bid strategies with competitive and profitable pricing
  • ● Collaboration with different stakeholders and vendors to propose the best-fit pricing proposal and optimize different costs to maintain competitiveness
  • ● Benchmarking of price and cost to provide the best commercial outcome in favor of the company's directions
  • ● Performance of revenue and cost management, P&L analysis, and cash flow management with different financial and pricing models
  • ● Ensuring all costs are accurately included in the pricing template and translated into customers' pricing templates
  • ● Supporting Business Units and internal stakeholders with the preparation of valuations and pricing approvals
  • ● Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities
  • ● Conducting post-tender analysis and pre-tender market sensing
  • ● Developing and maintaining a databank and dashboard to provide insights and analysis on competitors' benchmarking and historical bid trends
  • ● Analyzing the commercial impacts of pricing tactics and understanding commercial terms and conditions
  • ● Preparing pricing recommendations and ensuring consistency with the overall growth and pricing strategy, policy, and best practice processes
  • ● Developing tailored pricing strategies to identify the target 'win' price for business opportunities

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • ● 1+ years of proven professional experience in commercial pricing, financial analysis, and price modeling, preferably in integrated facilities management services
  • ● Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • ● Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
  • ● Intermediate or advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • ● Strong business acumen and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
