Responsibilities

  • Design end to end architectural solutions across complex case management and claims workflows.
  • Own technical decision making and partner closely with Lead Architects, Principal Enterprise Architects, and delivery teams.
  • Guide the evolution of hybrid architectures, integrating modern SaaS tools with legacy infrastructure.
  • Negotiate design decisions across multi-sourced vendor environments and regulatory stakeholders.
  • CRM & Case Management: Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud / Financial Services Cloud)
  • Integration & Middleware: MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, IBM WebSphere Application Server / Integration stack
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS Cloud Stack
  • Architecture Governance: TOGAF, regulatory compliance frameworks, security architecture standards
  • Demonstrated track record architecting solutions in claims management, workers' compensation, injury management, or complex case management domains.
  • Deep design expertise in Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and AWS cloud environments.
  • Proven experience in highly regulated government or insurance environments.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex technical architecture to both executive business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • TOGAF or formal enterprise architecture credentials preferred.
