Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee the sourcing and availability of consumables, MRO supplies, spare parts, and materials required for projects.
  • ● Engage and negotiate with suppliers to secure suitable specifications, quality standards, pricing, lead times, and commercial conditions.
  • ● Assess requests for new materials or parts and determine whether existing items or approved suppliers can meet the requirements; create new material records when required.
  • ● Partner with internal stakeholders to assess, onboard, and establish new suppliers within the procurement system.
  • ● Plan procurement requirements, anticipate future material demand, and coordinate purchasing activities to maintain sufficient stock levels and support operational needs.
  • ● Analyse material consumption and investigate abnormal usage patterns or fluctuations.
  • ● Generate purchase orders and actively monitor order status to ensure materials are delivered according to schedule.
  • ● Adhere to established procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and company requirements.
  • ● Collaborate with relevant departments and suppliers to address and resolve material quality, availability, and supply issues.
  • ● Communicate changes relating to products, suppliers, and services to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • ● Provide support in procurement-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments if required.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business
  • ● Prior working experience in Procurement or Production planning in semiconductor or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
