Responsibilities
- ● Transform how the company operates through AI.
- ● Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows across the business.
- ● Design AI-first business processes that improve speed, accuracy and scalability.
- ● Build AI agents and intelligent automations to execute operational tasks.
- ● Develop internal AI tools for accounting, HR, operations, sales, customer service and management.
- ● Design end-to-end automation using APIs, LLMs, MCPs and orchestration platforms such as n8n and Make.
- ● Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies where they provide measurable business value.
- ● Work closely with department heads to redesign existing workflows.
- ● Train and support employees in adopting AI tools effectively.
- ● Measure productivity improvements and continuously identify new automation opportunities.
Requirements
- ● Be genuinely passionate about AI and enjoy solving real business problems.
- ● Constantly experiment with the latest AI technologies.
- ● Have experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
- ● Learn new technologies quickly.
- ● Enjoy improving systems and eliminating manual work.
- ● Think from first principles rather than simply following existing processes.
- ● Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- ● Take ownership and enjoy working independently.
- ● Have experience with some of the following: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLMs, n8n, Make.com, APIs and webhooks, MCP, Python or JavaScript, AI agents, Prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Vector databases, Workflow automation, OCR and document AI, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations.
