About the Role
In this inbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with warranties and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support. The role operates on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:30am and 7:00pm . There may also be the occasional Saturday shift, which will attract applicable penalty rates. Your total working hours will average 37.5 hours per week .
Responsibilities
- ● Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
- ● Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
- ● Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and professional manner
- ● Provide warranty details as requested
- ● Manage and be responsible for the inbox
- ● Provide reports as requested
- ● Manage any customer return and credit requests
- ● Update customers on any changes in a timely manner
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ● A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
- ● The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- ● Intermediate computer skills
- ● Experience using SAP (highly regarded but not essential
