Responsibilities

  • ● Troubleshoot equipment under warranty at customer sites and manage customer enquiries.
  • ● Perform on-site testing to diagnose issues before they become critical, enhancing system reliability.
  • ● Provide effective technical solutions and feedback to customers to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • ● Address customer inquiries via phone, email or on-site visits, ensuring a positive service experience.

Requirements

  • ● Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • ● A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous as this role involves traveling to various job sites.
  • ● Those without prior experience but with a keen interest or knowledge of air-conditioning systems are welcome to apply.
  • ● Comfortable working at heights with safety harness.
