Responsibilities
- ● Design and develop optical and photonics modules based on customer requirements and test specifications.
- ● Create and optimize optical lens systems for beam focusing, shaping, and coupling performance.
- ● Collaborate closely with customers, cross functional teams, and suppliers to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- ● Analyze and optimize test systems to improve manufacturing yield and product performance.
- ● Troubleshoot and debug ATE system failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- ● Conduct research, prototyping, and proof of concept development to drive innovation and technical solutions.
- ● Lead or contribute to the full project lifecycle: planning, design, development, validation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Optics & Photonics or a related field.
- ● 3-5 years of experience in optical design or a related field (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- ● Hands on experience with optical design and simulation tools (e.g., Zemax or equivalent).
- ● Familiarity with optical components and measurement instruments (light sources, detectors, lenses, optical fibers).
