Responsibilities
- ● Own end-to-end QEHS & HSF system management, audit coordination, and full-cycle document control
- ● Drive new system rollouts, compliance and operational excellence
- ● Establish, maintain and optimize QEHS & HSF systems
- ● Deliver 0-to-1 new standard implementation
- ● Lead internal/external audits, track corrective actions and monitor process performance
- ● Conduct system training
- ● Manage document rules, full lifecycle control and compliance audits
- ● Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree
- ● 3-5 years' experience
- ● Minimum 2 years' experience in consumer electronics
- ● 3+ years managing ISO 9001/14001/45001
- ● Familiarity with HSF, IATF16949 etc. with valid certificates
- ● Independence in system rollout & audit
- ● Strong communication & stress resilience
- ● Fluency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
