Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern the overall cybersecurity program, including oversight of Project Managers and project teams.
  • Ensure all cybersecurity initiatives support the achievement and maintenance of CSA Cyber Trust Mark requirements.
  • Map project deliverables against CSA Cyber Trust Mark controls and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and track compliance readiness across all cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple cybersecurity projects and workstreams concurrently.
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, project methodologies, reporting structures, and escalation processes.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical paths.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Provide regular program status updates, dashboards, and risk reports to senior management and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate cybersecurity, operational, and project risks where appropriate.
  • Drive accountability across internal stakeholders, project teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives, technology initiatives, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, and evidence collection activities related to cybersecurity programs.

  • Data Security and Protection knowledge is required.
  • Network & Perimeter Security knowledge is required.
  • Cloud Security knowledge is required.
  • Security Operations knowledge is required.
  • Endpoint Security knowledge is required.
  • Vulnerability & Exposure Management knowledge is required.
  • System and Infrastructure Security knowledge is required.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) knowledge is required.
  • Incident Response and Cyber Resilience knowledge is required.
  • Senior-level professional with strong leadership and stakeholder management experience is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of IT and cybersecurity experience, including program or project management responsibilities, is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple cybersecurity projects and workstreams concurrently is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CSA Cyber Trust Mark requirements and implementation practices is preferred.
  • Experience engaging and presenting to C-level executives, board members, and senior management is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent would be advantageous.
