Responsibilities
- ● Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
- ● Plan and control material requirements to ensure timely material availability.
- ● Monitor inventory levels, WIP, and material movement to support smooth production operations.
- ● Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve material shortages and expedite deliveries.
- ● Track production progress and adjust schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
- ● Perform capacity planning and identify production bottlenecks.
- ● Analyze production, inventory, and planning data to improve operational efficiency.
- ● Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change (ECN), and mass production activities.
- ● Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems.
- ● Prepare production planning, inventory, and delivery reports for management review.
- ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, inventory control, and operational performance.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ● Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, PMC, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- ● Experience in the electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or high-volume manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- ● Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, or equivalent).
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- ● Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- ● Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- ● Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
