PROJECT ENGINEER (BMS / SMART BUILDING PROJECT)

• ● Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on Project Engineer to join our project team. This is a site-based position. The successful candidate will be assigned to construction sites and various project locations. The role involves on-site coordination, project presentations, progress reporting and the preparation of complete project documentation. https://hnglegacy.com/ Key Responsibilities
• ● Coordinate, supervise and monitor daily project activities at construction sites
• ● Plan and ensure installation works are completed according to project schedules, drawings and specifications
• ● Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal team members
• ● Attend site meetings and provide clear updates on project progress, technical issues and action items
• ● Prepare and deliver project presentations to clients, consultants and management when required
• ● Prepare and maintain proper project documentation
• ● Monitor project quality, safety, cost and completion timelines
• ● Identify and resolve technical, coordination and site-related issues
• ● Coordinate testing, commissioning and project handover activities
• ● Ensure all project records and documents are accurate, updated and properly organised
• ● Travel and work outstation when required Requirements
• ● Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
• ● Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• ● Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• ● Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
• ● Willing to travel and work outstation when required
