Responsibilities
- ● Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- ● Perform VM provisioning, migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- ● Troubleshoot virtualization, storage, and networking issues.
- ● Perform health checks, patching, and preventive maintenance.
- ● Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
- ● Respond to incidents, service requests, and change implementations.
- ● Maintain technical documentation and support operational improvements.
- ● Work with customers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- ● Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- ● Minimum 2 years of hands-on VMware administration experience.
- ● Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- ● Experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
- ● Familiarity with enterprise storage, backup, and networking concepts.
- ● Knowledge of PowerShell or PowerCLI is an advantage.
- ● VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification is preferred.
- ● Experience in a Managed Services environment is highly desirable.
- ● Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- ● Good communication and customer service skills.
- ● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
