About the Role

As the CRM Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support and optimisation of the organisation's CRM platform. You'll work closely with the CRM Platform Lead, Solutions Engineer and broader technology teams to ensure the platform remains secure, reliable and fit for purpose while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. While the current environment is Microsoft Dynamics 365, the organisation is also exploring future CRM capabilities. As a result, they're looking for someone with strong CRM administration experience and an adaptable mindset, rather than someone whose experience is limited to a single platform.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the enterprise CRM platform
  • Manage user accounts, security roles and access permissions
  • Monitor platform health, performance and system availability
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide operational support
  • Maintain data integrity and support data quality initiatives
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing and release activities
  • Support Power Platform applications and automated workflows
  • Maintain documentation, governance and configuration records
  • Collaborate with technical teams supporting integrations and enterprise applications
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and user experience

Requirements

  • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, or other enterprise CRM/SaaS platforms
  • Experience managing user access, security roles and permissions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding of CRM data quality, governance and system administration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
  • A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and the ability to adapt to new technologies
