As our Enterprise Productivity & AI Platforms Manager, you'll lead and evolve Sime Industrial's Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities, helping to deliver secure, scalable and business-focused technology solutions. Responsibilities
- ● Lead the management, governance and continual improvement of Sime Industrial's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Viva and associated collaboration services.
- ● Drive the adoption and optimisation of Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI-enabled technologies, ensuring they deliver practical business value through improved productivity, automation and user experience.
- ● Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities and deliver platform capabilities that support business objectives and operational excellence.
- ● Establish and maintain governance, security, compliance and lifecycle management standards across enterprise productivity, automation and AI platforms.
- ● Manage key vendor and partner relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery, innovation and continuous improvement.
- ● Experience leading enterprise technology or productivity platforms within a large, complex organisation, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions.
- ● Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies, with experience in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 environments.
- ● Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into technology outcomes, and effectively manage vendor and partner relationships.
- ● Experience driving platform adoption, change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ● A keen interest in emerging technologies, with exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI capabilities will be highly regarded.
