We're looking for a senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Solution Architect to join a large-scale digital transformation program focused on delivering an intuitive, secure and customer-centric online experience. This is an opportunity to influence architectural direction on a high-profile Salesforce implementation, working alongside senior technology and business stakeholders to deliver a modern digital platform used by thousands of customers.
Responsibilities
- ● You'll act as the architectural authority across the Experience Cloud platform, helping shape technical direction while supporting successful project delivery.
- ● Working with solution architects, delivery teams, vendors and business leaders, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards.
- ● Defining solution architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives
- ● Providing technical guidance across delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- ● Supporting integration and platform design decisions
- ● Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- ● Reviewing solution designs to ensure quality, security and scalability
- ● Managing technical risks and driving architectural best practice
- ● Working closely with external implementation partners to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
- ● You'll be an experienced Salesforce architect with a strong track record delivering enterprise-scale Experience Cloud projects.
- ● Extensive Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture experience
- ● Experience designing customer portal solutions
- ● Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise architecture
- ● Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- ● Experience working across large transformation programs
- ● The ability to influence technical outcomes across multiple teams
