IT Engineer (Support / Systems / Project)

Responsibilities

• ● We are a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering end-to-end IT support and infrastructure solutions to businesses across Singapore and the region. Our team keeps our clients' operations running smoothly, secure, and scalable and we're looking for a motivated IT Support / Project Engineer to join us. The Role This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop and system support experience who is keen to expand into project engineering and infrastructure deployments. You'll provide hands-on technical support while assisting in the implementation, migration, and enhancement of client IT environments. What You'll Do
• ● Provide L1/L2 technical support via remote tools and on-site visits
• ● Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
• ● Manage and maintain endpoints, servers, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.)
• ● Monitor client systems and respond proactively to incidents and alerts
• ● Document technical configurations, changes, and resolutions
• ● Support onboarding and offboarding of client users and devices
• ● Assist with infrastructure projects, including system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and office IT setups
• ● Participate in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security implementation projects
• ● Work with senior engineers on project planning, testing, deployment, and handover activities
• ● Liaise with clients to ensure successful project delivery and support outcomes What We're Looking For
• ● Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• ● Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, field support, or MSP environments
• ● Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• ● Exposure to server, cloud, virtualization, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• ● Strong communication and customer service skills
• ● Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• ● Keen to develop into a Project Engineer and grow technical skills across infrastructure and cloud technologies
