Responsibilities
- ● Develop and maintain Cyber Incident Response Plan aligned with MOH, CSA and Synapxe guidelines
- ● Work with key stakeholders, including Synapxe, CIO office, Medical Institutions, Public Relations, etc. to ensure cyberattack preparedness
- ● Coordinate tabletop exercises with both internal and external participants
- ● Participate in government-led cyberattack exercises such as CSA Exercise Cyber Star
- ● Initiate and coordinate response actions during cybersecurity incidents
- ● Provide input and consultation on incident classification, investigation and containment
- ● Notify management and relevant stakeholders promptly
- ● Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend improvements
Requirements
- ● Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and maintaining cybersecurity incident response plan
- ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ● Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple parties during cybersecurity incident management
- ● Relevant certifications in cybersecurity incident response (e.g. GCIH, GCFA, GRID, GCIA)
