About the Company
3-month contract with strong extension potential Mix of BAU support and enhancement activities A company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, located in Burnley. Provide training and support to users as required.Configure and support SAP ECC FICO modules to meet business requirements. Provide day-to-day BAU support across finance-related SAP processes. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO functional issues in production. Manage and respond to support tickets within agreed service levels. Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support process improvements. Assist with testing, documentation, deployments, and enhancement activities.
Requirements
- ● Proven experience supporting SAP FICO within an SAP ECC environment.
- ● Strong configuration skills across Accounts Receivable (AR).
- ● Strong configuration skills across Accounts Payable (AP).
- ● Experience supporting Billing processes in SAP ECC.
- ● Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production support issues.
- ● Previous experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
- ● Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- ● Initial 3-month contract with extension potential.
- ● Opportunity to work in a mature SAP ECC landscape.
