About the Company
Mills Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution in Singapore to hire a Senior CMDB / ITOM Engineer, supporting enterprise CMDB governance, ServiceNow ITOM, and infrastructure discovery initiatives within its Technology Infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead onboarding of Singapore infrastructure and applications into the Group CMDB.
- ● Drive ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management activities.
- ● Establish CMDB governance, CSDM alignment, and service dependency mapping.
- ● Manage data quality, CI reconciliation, and Discovery health.
- ● Act as the local subject matter expert and escalation point for CMDB and ITOM matters.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Minimum 8 years of CMDB, ITOM, or IT Operations Management experience.
- ● Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Device42.
- ● Strong infrastructure, networking, cloud, and scripting knowledge.
- ● ServiceNow CIS-Discovery certification is highly preferred.
- ● Strong understanding of CMDB governance and CSDM principles.
- ● Experience managing enterprise infrastructure discovery and configuration data.
- ● Knowledge of MAS TRM and IT governance requirements.
- ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ● Ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure and technology teams.
