Senior Project Manager (Professional Services)

Responsibilities

• ● Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions involving ANTlabs software platforms, Professional Services and systems integration.
• ● Manage projects from contract handover through planning, implementation, testing, customer acceptance and operational handover.
• ● Ensure solutions are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• ● Ensure each implementation achieves its intended technical, operational and business outcomes.
• ● Coordinate delivery activities across ANTlabs headquarters, regional implementation teams, customers, local partners and third-party vendors.
• ● Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions and customer expectations.
• ● Personally manage strategic, complex or business-critical customer engagements where senior project leadership is required.
• ● Build strong working relationships with customer project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.
• ● Conduct project kick-off meetings, implementation workshops, progress reviews, training sessions and acceptance activities.
• ● Lead regular project reporting and clearly communicate project status, risks, actions and decisions.
• ● Manage customer escalations professionally and maintain confidence during complex delivery situations.
• ● Coordinate with local partners, distributors, system integrators and main contractors to align responsibilities, dependencies and delivery commitments.
• ● Adapt project communication and engagement approaches to suit different customer cultures and working environments.
