About the Company
This is a well-known national organisation pulling HR, Finance, CRM, Performance, and Cloud platforms out of silos, with senior leadership driving AI-enabled ways of working and backing people who'll challenge a comfortable, long-tenured status quo.
Responsibilities
- ● Own the Finance & HRIS side specifically, including Workday, TM1, Cognos, Concur, D365 or similar platforms, plus the integrations that connect them.
- ● Make decisions on access controls, testing and release practices, and what gets simplified, automated or replaced across the platform stack.
- ● Rebuild a fragmented five-platform environment into one coherent, modern stack.
- ● Set the roadmap for platform unification and own the transformation, not just maintain it.
Requirements
- ● 8+ years across Finance/HRIS platforms and business process/data management.
- ● Strong hands-on systems administration experience.
- ● A track record of fixing the actual problem rather than the symptom.
