Responsibilities

  • ● Resolving cloud, infrastructure, networking, and platform issues
  • ● Owning tickets through to resolution while maintaining strong customer communication
  • ● Participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • ● Performing scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvements
  • ● Working directly with customers on technical issues and escalations
  • ● Contributing to projects, migrations, and platform improvements
  • ● Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • ● Assisting with technical reviews and operational improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • ● 3+ years in an infrastructure, cloud, or MSP engineering role
  • ● Experience working in an MSP environment
  • ● Strong AWS, infrastructure, and networking fundamentals
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ● Experience supporting cloud and on-premises environments
  • ● Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ● A proactive mindset focused on ownership and continuous improvement
  • ● While certifications are not mandatory, you'll stand out if you hold or are actively pursuing certifications in AWS, Microsoft, VMware, networking, or security technologies
  • ● Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and PowerShell will be highly regarded
  • ● Full Australian working rights required
