Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• ● We're looking for an experienced Solutions/Systems Engineer to join our Technology Delivery team.
• ● Reporting to the ICT Delivery Manager and working alongside Senior ICT Solutions Engineers, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing and integrating Rauland's technology solutions across customer environments. Working across healthcare and mission-critical settings, you'll help deliver reliable, scalable and supportable solutions that connect people, systems and technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

About the Role You'll be responsible for the design, implementation and integration of Rauland ICT solutions, ensuring customer requirements are translated into practical, supportable and high-quality technical outcomes. Working closely with customers, project teams, managed services, product and service teams, you'll deliver solutions that are technically sound, operationally ready and aligned to customer expectations. • ● Design, configure, deploy and implement Rauland ICT solutions across customer environments
• ● Analyse customer, operational and technical requirements and translate them into solution designs and deployment plans
• ● Implement and support integration between Rauland solutions and third-party technologies, applications, databases and infrastructure
• ● Deliver implementation activities aligned to approved designs, project schedules and customer requirements
• ● Develop technical designs, implementation plans, testing documentation and as-built records
• ● Conduct testing, validation and deployment readiness activities prior to implementation
• ● Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects and integration challenges
• ● Configure and support operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, networking and infrastructure technologies
• ● Ensure adherence to technical standards, governance requirements and quality frameworks
• ● Collaborate with project teams, managed services, service, product teams and customers to achieve successful delivery outcomes
• ● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical standards and knowledge sharing across the business What We're Looking For
• ● Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux, networking, virtualisation, cloud technologies and supporting infrastructure
