Responsibilities

  • ● Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
  • ● Leverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the business
  • ● Integrate Agentforce with Handy's custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsiveness
  • ● Lead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patterns
  • ● Build complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
  • ● Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teams
  • ● Implement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflows
  • ● Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • ● Maintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentation
  • ● Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements

Requirements

  • ● Over 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • ● Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits
  • ● Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • ● Proven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative tools
  • ● Familiarity with customer-facing portals
  • ● Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
