Responsibilities
- ● Send emails on overdue invoices to customers, potentially on a daily basis.
- ● Prepare and release the daily overdue invoices report, requiring close coordination with Credit, Finance, Treasury, Back Office, Accounting and Commercial Teams.
- ● Perform daily credit excess validation.
- ● Generate and release the weekly position and trading limits report.
- ● Assist Credit Analyst in preparing the monthly credit meeting slides.
- ● Assist Credit Analyst in generating various credit-related reports.
- ● Assist Credit Analyst in creating customer and vendor accounts in SAP.
- ● Help draft credit approval memos.
- ● Explore Power BI as a tool to produce various types of credit reports.
Requirements
- ● Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
- ● Possess initiative and positive/can-do attitude.
- ● Meticulous and eye for details are essential.
- ● Ability to adapt to foreign cultures and possess an international mind-set.
- ● Analytical.
- ● Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under time pressure.
- ● Logical report writing skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
