About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Manage and support small to medium mobility solutions projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• ● Collaborate with stakeholders to define system functional requirements and create technical specifications for development.
• ● Execute solution testing including functional and interface tests, and manage test strategies, plans, and problem resolution.
• ● Address User Acceptance Testing (UAT) issues promptly to minimize project timeline impact.
• ● Oversee solution deployment activities and provide technical support post-implementation for smooth business operations.
• ● Involve throughout the development lifecycle for both in-house and contract-based projects to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
• ● Support the rollout of global/regional technical solutions to the SEA region.
• ● Work closely with the Business Team to develop strategic roadmaps for future products and technical initiatives.
• ● Drive continuous improvements in workflow and development efficiency.
• ● Assist with strategic initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements

• ● Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Technical Solution System Development, with strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• ● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business functionalities into technical solutions.
• ● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively with strong time management skills.
• ● Meticulous and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset; capable of performing under pressure.
• ● Adaptive to changes and capable of taking initiative to enhance current processes.
• ● Willingness to travel within the SEA region and thrive in a dynamic and result-focused environment.
• ● Strong problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and presentation skills.
