Responsibilities
- ● Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations
- ● Perform risk assessments
- ● Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
- ● Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
- ● Determine the organization and setup of operations
- ● Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
- ● Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
- ● Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output
- ● Manage cost and time constraints
- ● Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- ● Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study
- ● Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown
- ● Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- ● Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- ● Minimum 3 years of process industry experience
