Responsibilities
- ● Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients
- ● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions
- ● Prepare technical proposals, specifications, drawings, and documentation
- ● Prepare Project Execution Timeline (Installation phase)
- ● Support and oversee equipment installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training
- ● Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- ● Conduct site visits to provide technical consultation and support
- ● Diagnose equipment and process issues and recommend effective solutions
- ● Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for system upgrades and improvements
Requirements
- ● Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- ● Minimum 2-3 years' experience in field application, field service or automation
- ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ● Proficient in AutoCAD
- ● PLC or industrial automation knowledge is an advantage
- ● Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- ● Ability to travel regionally as per project required
