• ● Assist in identifying potential customers and conducting market research.
• ● Support lead generation and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• ● Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and technical documentation.
• ● Learn about the company's products and recommend suitable solutions under guidance.
• ● Respond to basic customer enquiries and escalate technical issues when required.
• ● Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product information and quotations.
• ● Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and site visits with the sales team.
• ● Build product knowledge and support technical sales activities. Requirements
• ● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• ● Strong interest in technical sales, engineering solutions and business development.
• ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Willing to learn and interact with customers.
• ● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
