About the Company

Responsibilities
- ● Support daily plant operations and monitor plant performance.
- ● Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment.
- ● Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
- ● Coordinate production planning and plant maintenance activities.
- ● Monitor plant conditions and implement corrective actions.
- ● Maintain compliance with safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- ● Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant audits.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- ● 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, production, or process-related roles.
- ● Experience in industrial gas, chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries is an advantage.
- ● Knowledge of plant operations, process monitoring, troubleshooting, and production planning.
- ● Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively in an operating plant environment.
- ● Good communication and teamwork skills.
