IT Operations Officer

• ● We're looking for an IT Operations Officer to join our IT team and play a key role in supporting our employees, systems and cyber security initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines technical support, user administration and cyber security responsibilities, providing a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple areas of IT. What you'll be doing As our IT Operations Officer, you'll be responsible for:
• ● Providing IT support to employees across the business, helping resolve hardware, software and system issues.
• ● Managing user onboarding, offboarding, access requests and system permissions.
• ● Supporting the delivery of secure and reliable technology services through service desk, system administration and continuous improvement activities.
• ● Assisting with cyber security monitoring, vulnerability management, security awareness initiatives and incident response activities. What you'll bring We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer focused and keen to continue developing their IT and cyber security skills.

• ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ● An understanding of cyber security principles and best practices
• ● Exposure to service desk environments and IT service management processes
• ● Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
