Gym Instructor (Cert III or IV)

We are seeking 2 enthusiastic fitness professionals to join our Health Club team. Reporting to the Health Club Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting members through their first 30 days, developing fitness programs, facilitating small group training sessions, and contributing to member retention. You will also help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming fitness environment while having the opportunity to grow your own Personal Training client base within a supportive and progressive team. Skills & Attributes: Previous industry experience is highly regarded Must be available for open, close and weekends shifts. 1-3 shifts per week As a staff member of Belgravia Leisure you will also have access to all the leisure facilities on the Mornington Peninsula.
