We are currently seeking a Production and Warehouse officer to join our Belmont WA based team. We have the capability of being flexible for the right candidate/s within our normal working hours of Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm. The successful candidate will display a genuine passion for providing accurate, reliable and timely service and constantly go the extra mile to ensure our customers' needs are met. You will be expected to hit the ground running in this autonomous but supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering, receiving, checking, and processing incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system
  • Organising and storing products in designated locations using appropriate storage methods and safety protocols
  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently in preparation for dispatch
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and competent manner
  • Monitioring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts as required
  • Assisting with production activities, including bottling, assembly, labelling, and quality control checks
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised to maintain a safe working environment
  • Supporting the team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Performing preventative maintenace tasks and reporting equipment faults and maintenance issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly and work in a physical role
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to prioritise and work autonomously
  • Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to support business needs
  • A valid driver's licence (preferred)
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
