Payroll Officer (Employment Hero) - 50ph - 55ph + Super Location: Parramatta 50 - 55 per hour + Super Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a large, nationwide organisation during a critical payroll systems implementation. This is a hands-on contract role where you'll play a key part in rolling out Employment Hero across multiple sites, working closely with key stakeholders and the Group Payroll Manager. Reporting directly to the Group Payroll Manager, you will support the implementation and adoption of Employment Hero across a large multi-site workforce. Your focus will be on ensuring employee and payroll data is accurately migrated, validated and maintained, while supporting stakeholders through the transition to the new platform. Day-to-day, you'll assist with payroll administration, systems testing, issue resolution and user support activities. This project-focused position will play an important role in ensuring the successful rollout of Employment Hero across the organisation. You will work closely with payroll, HR and operational stakeholders to identify challenges, provide solutions and ensure payroll processes remain compliant and efficient throughout the implementation.
