About the Role

As the Senior Warehouse Operator , you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and professionally every day. You'll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations while helping set the standard for quality, organisation and customer service. You'll enjoy a varied role that includes dispatch, receiving, inventory control, forklift operation and working closely with your teammates to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately Receive, inspect and store incoming stock Load and unload trucks safely Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory and stock control Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts Ensure orders are dispatched on time Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse Follow all WHS policies and procedures Support and assist other warehouse team members Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers You'll be successful in this role when you consistently: Achieve excellent picking and dispatch accuracy Maintain high inventory accuracy Ensure customer orders are dispatched on time, every time Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse Demonstrate outstanding attendance, punctuality and reliability Operate equipment safely with zero shortcuts Build positive relationships with your teammates Lead by example through professionalism and a strong work ethic Take ownership of your work and continuously look for improvements Contribute to a positive, respectful and enjoyable workplace culture You'll be a great fit if you are: An experienced warehouse professional Physically fit and enjoy hands-on work Reliable, punctual and dependable Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proud of producing quality work Calm under pressure and able to prioritise your workload A team player who enjoys helping others Professional, positive and

Requirements

  • ● Previous warehouse experience
  • ● Current Forklift Licence
  • ● Good understanding of warehouse operations
  • ● Strong knowledge of safe work practices
  • ● Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • ● Ability to undertake manual handling safely
  • ● Good communication skills
  • ● Basic computer skills
