About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Analyse and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• ● Design and implement workflow improvements using industrial engineering principles.
• ● Evaluate warehouse layouts and recommend improvements to maximise space utilisation and reduce operational costs.
• ● Collect and analyse operational data to identify performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
• ● Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations.
• ● Support the implementation of automation technologies and digital solutions where appropriate.
• ● Coordinate with management, clients and suppliers on operational improvement projects.
• ● Prepare engineering reports, process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• ● Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
• ● Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• ● Minimum 2-3 years of relevant engineering or operations improvement experience preferred.
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• ● Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
