Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee daily on-site solar installation, construction, and maintenance works
  • ● Troubleshoot and fix issues with solar systems (inverters, panels, etc.)
  • ● Perform inspections to ensure system performance and efficiency
  • ● Manage and coordinate site teams (contractors, technicians, workers)
  • ● Monitor system performance and take corrective actions when needed
  • ● Prepare progress reports for management
  • ● Ensure all works follow safety standards and regulations
  • ● Communicate with clients, suppliers, and authorities to support project execution
  • ● Prepare SLD (Single Line Diagram) and technical drawings
  • ● Design solar PV systems based on project requirements
  • ● Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates
  • ● Support sales team with technical proposals and solutions
  • ● Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
  • ● Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
  • ● Supervise site works and ensure quality standards are met
  • ● Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • ● Identify and resolve technical or site issues
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

  • ● Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Power/Civil/Mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • ● Possess GCPV wireman / ST certificate or relevant certifications in solar PV system design and maintenance is an added advantage
  • ● Flexible to travel within Malaysia with driver license and own vehicle
  • ● Able to respond to emergency issues and take relevant actions
