Responsibilities
- ● Coordinate with workers and relevant parties on construction technical matters, quality control, progress monitoring, and site safety management.
- ● Prepare construction method statements and conduct technical briefing and site instructions.
- ● Coordinate and collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor on all related matters.
- ● Attend project meetings and prepare construction schedule, progress reports and daily site reports.
- ● Supervise site personnel, rectify unsafe or non-compliant practices, implement disciplinary actions on violations, and recommend the removal of unsuitable personnel when necessary.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or a related discipline.
- ● Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- ● Thorough understanding of interior fit-out and installation standards and specifications.
- ● Capable of preparing detailed shop drawings and proficient in CAD and related design software.
- ● Knowledgeable in construction materials.
- ● Extensive site experience.
- ● Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking suppliers and contractors.
