Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • ● Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
  • ● Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and address hazards.
  • ● Ensure necessary permits and documentation are maintained.
  • ● Ensure electrical installations meet design specs and quality standards.
  • ● Inspect work and address deficiencies.
  • ● Serve as primary contact for project updates, progress reports, and addressing client concerns.
  • ● Maintain accurate records of project work, changes, and materials used.
  • ● Submit progress reports and ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • ● Resolve on-site issues promptly, troubleshoot electrical problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.

Requirements

  • ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • ● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in electrical project management or a supervisory role in the electrical industry, preferably in high voltage projects involving 132kV substations.
  • ● Experience with electrical systems, construction processes, and safety protocols.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
  • ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • ● Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • ● Possess a valid driving license.
  • ● Extensive electrical product knowledge.
