Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements and resolve issues.
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and address hazards.
  • Ensure necessary permits and documentation are maintained.
  • Ensure electrical installations meet design specs and quality standards.
  • Inspect work and address deficiencies.
  • Serve as primary contact for project updates, progress reports, and addressing client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of project work, changes, and materials used.
  • Submit progress reports and ensure up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in electrical project management or a supervisory role in the electrical industry, preferably in high voltage projects involving 132kV substations.
  • Experience with electrical systems, construction processes, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Extensive electrical product knowledge.
